Our chakra celestial dance is for all body types, all ages and all abilities. We love you and welcome you warmly into this super fun and down to earth practice. We will get you shaking your booty as we rave through the chakras and have a ruddy good time.

After the dancey times, we lay down on our mat, grab the blanket and pillow you brought with you and allow Kwali to transcend your consciousness through the medium of sacred sound and gongs, into a peaceful abyss of rest and recuperation. Kwali is by far the most talented and connected gong master we have ever worked with and she travels with us, worldwide, to provide her epic, high level sound healing. You lucky thing! 🙂

We ask that you bring warm clothes, hat, blanket, pillow and yoga mat for the gong bath, as you will lay down on the church floor, admire the stunning architecture, whilst you bathe in the sonic frequency at the hand of The Gong Goddess: Kwali Kumara.

Please arrive at 7pm to settle in, set up your spot and have a tea. Bring a mug and a water bottle with you.

There is no parking at the church whatsoever. The local residents love to get cars clamped there. There is free street parking after 6.30pm and you can also park at Tesco up the Cowley Road.
