Arrivals will be from across the UK from 4pm – 9pm on Friday.

We will welcome you, check in with how you are doing and settle for the night before the big adventure starts on Saturday. We will offer a grounding breathwork and meditation practice for those who are there by 9pm on Friday. The hotel serves food, so you’ll be able to order whatever you like once you arrive: flexible, stress free and easy #NoStressInnit

11am Drive to First Waterfall at Coniston

12 noon Hike

1pm – 2.30pm Waterfall Play Time 🙂

3pm Drive to Ambleside for snacks, tea, coffee and chill

4.30pm Second Waterfall: Stock Ghyll Force

6pm Back to the Hotel

7.30pm Dinner

9pm Full Moon Manifestation Meditation 

Sunday

8am – 9.45am Yoga & Meditation

10am Breakfast

11am Drive to Thirlmere Infinity Pool – 7 Levels of Waterfalls

12 noon Hike

1pm Waterfall Play Time / Meditation / Explore

2.30pm Closing and Lunch

4pm Goodbyes

•Lunches – we will be out in Lake District towns, so you can roam free and enjoy the local delicacies at your own leisure 

•Dinner Friday Night as we are all arriving from all over the UK, meaning lots of us will arrive at around 9/10pm. There is a restaurant on site should you wish to eat at the hotel.
